Deposits
If you cancel, we will retain the deposit minus any cancellation fee, for a period of 90 days, allowing you time to reschedule. After this 90 day period has passed, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book.
Cancellation by us
If an escort must cancel for medical reasons, the full deposit will be returned to you or, we can retain the deposit for a period of 6 months, in anticipation of a future booking with any available escort of your choice.
Exception: If a cancellation occurs due to misconduct, the full booking fee applies. Misconduct includes but is not limited to; endangering the life or health of a companion, exceptionally poor hygiene, excessive alcohol or substance abuse, giving false information to conclude a booking or booking for the purpose of harassing or violating the escorts privacy.
